- According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the decision to keep Cesaro a heel and cool off on him a bit has been somewhat of an intentional decision. While Cesaro was planned to get a major babyface push late in the summer, it was decided that it would be best to focus on Roman Reigns primarily in order to establish him as a main eventer.

There is still a plan to turn Cesaro face and push him, though it is said to be a "when we need it" situation, after Reigns is fully established and they're looking for another rising star.

Have literally 8+ hours of TV weekly but push one guy for main event brehs. Pathetic. And I predict Reigns will be boo'd by WM

then why not build him up as a heel? :what:

He is. If you mean why not make him a top hell well thats because Orton, Rollins, Wyatt, and Brock when he returns all outrank him. He should have been in a program with Bryan the sec after Mania considering they were the two most over coming out of that show but

Doesn't make sense...just split the brands then and stick to it.:beli: Got too many guys with no direction and the same shyt up top...makes zero sense.

Hulk/Savage, Hulk/Warrior, HBK/Hart, Sting/Luger, Austin/Rock all guys who have been pushed together to the top at the same time. Don't understand why they can't do it now when they have more TV and exposure then ever

It's crazy Cesaro and the swing was arguably getting almost as big a pops as the YES chant. Those matches he was having with all the top guys:wow:

That Cena match on Raw:ohlawd:

Is it just me, or does it seem like for the last few years, being a true 'main-eventer' has been like a 'King of the Mountain' type vacancy for anyone not named Cena or Orton :mjlol:

If one person's in that slot, everybody else (who isn't a legendary part-timer) is a midcarder at best :mjlol:

I remember a time when you'd have at LEAST 4 dudes who could legit win the WWE title at any time, e.g. Rock, Austin, Taker, HBK, Triple H......and even then, you had dudes just under them who could fit the #1 contender slot (and actually win the title) at any time, e.g. Foley, Angle, Big Show, Kane
