Breh everybody knows Drake ain't never been in the streets. Drake's career is the literal definition of "it's just entertainment".
It's the rest of these rappers that are REALLY acting like they been out there in the streets when they wasn't and trying to convince people that it was their real life thats the issue. You've never seen Drake in an interview pretending to be hard and pretending like he really was in the streets. It's LITERALLY JUST entertainment in his case.
And that's the reason I feel like yall are hypocrites. You KNOW that there are plenty of rappers out there pretending but you won't say a word about them.
This is why Kendrick is gon fall off hard one day. Because the thing about the public is that the public is fickle. Him punching on Drake for being "fake" is the most hypocritical thing he could have done. That is going to come back up in the future.

You can tell Kendrick has done ‘dirt’ if you listen to his music. He always drops hints and is calculated about it. Always found it funny when folks would call him square; nothing wrong with being a square btw.
Kendrick’s ‘euphoria’ lyrics are a real open ended confession to his street shyt for a brief moment. Not calling Kendrick a shooter/or killer, but being from his environment, you hear the honesty in the lyric ‘have you ever walked your enemy down with a poker face’…. In the quote from 40 year old virgin, “u looking for ya nikka, nikka’s here now’

Kendrick is the dude who wasn’t actively banging but got active when he needed to as part of his environment. Thats LITERALLY the theme of his first album. He’s never been a “square” or a nerd. I know some of the hardest nikkas who smoke, drink, and will knock knuckles at the drop of a DIME who grew up with me watching anime every 5:00pm on Cartoon Network eating now and laters. Even “gangsta” nikkas can have eclectic tastes.
The man grew up in the HEART of Compton. If anybody thinks he never did a little dirt and was some choir boy they never listened to any of his music.
