I did a song with him and my son DaRoach. He sounds way better on boom bap soulful beats which i co produced. When he spits on these type of beats, he's in his bag.

the coli never forgetsForgot which songs I was listening to, pre 2014 for sure, around my cousin and she asked "Why does it sound like they all talking/speaking instead of rapping?"Black rappers of recent times need it too...
I've been saying that regarding the dominance of trap/drill...the beats pretty much force you to use double time to sound like you belong. People think flows got better with the fall of the East Coast/rise of the South when really the beats shifted to a syncopated tempo that encourages/enforces a uniform flow from rappers in general.
I asked her what she meant and she played me three songs that fit the bolded lol.Forgot which songs I was listening to, pre 2014 for sure, around my cousin and she asked "Why does it sound like they all talking/speaking instead of rapping?"I asked her what she meant and she played me three songs that fit the bolded lol.
Even some of the young open-minded reactors I watch will say they have to adjust to some of the older artists' style.
Did you school her on the versatility offered at 80-110 BPM?Forgot which songs I was listening to, pre 2014 for sure, around my cousin and she asked "Why does it sound like they all talking/speaking instead of rapping?"I asked her what she meant and she played me three songs that fit the bolded lol.

Not really. He's talking about the fact that people a certain age are used to the marching band cadence that trap and drill beats almost mandate rappers to use.Alot of cats bit Jay z flow with that..
It's mad songs it feels that way..
Like no real cadence just talking..
forgets what dip sh*t?drop dead fakkitthe coli never forgets

βWeβ dropped the ball because naturally we should control the institutions thus βoutsidersβ come through usI aint gon lie lil brehito flowing HOWEVER these outsiders done had a good 10 years and 1000 mixtapes to study flows and cadences.
Im pretty sure he spent more time in the mirror trying to perfect that flow than a pilots required flight hours.
She wasn't interested, but she did offer me a ticket to the L Holmes ExpressDid you school her on the versatility offered at 80-110 BPM?![]()

You're right but he's not far off; one of the reactors who said this was listening to a Jay songNot really. He's talking about the fact that people a certain age are used to the marching band cadence that trap and drill beats almost mandate rappers to use.
Any midtempo 90/00s record sounds like talking to them.

It's too late breh, Rod Wave is her favorite "rapper". I expose her to different genres though.Make her interested![]()
