Depending on how big your grow..

You have to look up the states cannabis site.

First off like any business they wants estimate of how much you plan on grossing and base their taxing structure off that.

Typical they want a outline of the property to scale and operation procedure and security measures.

Usually they steps for you to take on the site.

Then they wants business plan on how you got your estimated projections.

You have to figure out your environmental footprint etc.

They want to know how you handle nutrient run off,disposal of waste, security measures.

What quality control measures are you taking..

Basically you are a farmer, they regulate it as such and cannabis is literally your cash crop.
