No I wasn't around him but I saw what I saw. Shortly before the settlement, he was using a walker. Immediately after the settlement he was walking without one and hopping in the brand new ride. Also as somebody in the law field I know how this shyt works. In a case like this the plaintiff wants to look as hurt as possible. The defense wants to minimize their injuries. Attorneys for the defense will go so far as to hire private investigators to follow plaintiffs to see if they are keeping up appearances. I have seen plaintiffs lose thousands because they got caught in pics doing shyt they were supposedly not able to do. I didn't question whether he was hurt because he obviously was. But we're his injuries EXAGGERATED to get more dough? Probably. But I'm happy for that dude...get as much money as you can. Fukk Walmart.You around him 24/7 like dat?

Damon Wayans dropped a bombshell on Charlamagne Tha God's show, The Breakfast Club, sayingTracy Morgan settled his lawsuit with Walmart for $90 million. It was previously reported the money would be paid out over 5 years.
Damon casually mentioned the figure during a discussion about comedians who have the financial independence to do comedy on their own terms.
When you watch the clip, it's pretty clear this was not a premeditated statement ... it came out of Damon's mouth as stream of consciousness.
Business Insider reported on Monday Tracy bought a $14 million home in New Jersey.
Morgan was severely injured in the crash caused by a Walmart truck driver more than a year ago. He suffered brain and other injuries but has bounced back remarkably.
