I grew up in a farming town and most of the work is difficult, more than 8 hours and not worth the pay.

There's a reason it's Mexicans who don't speak English in those jobs.

It's not racist, it's the truth as far as the way your average American is treated at work compared to a farmworker.

Most Americans would not put up with it.

I'm not advocating for illegal immigration but most Americans would not work those jobs.
