Uncharted 4 is gonna be a beautiful game resolution wise, there's no way it looks worse than Infamous, Drive Club, or Shadowfall, so it can only go up. Anyone who was saying the same about Uncharted 3 however, was being a bit delusional. There was no console back then that could've made the entire game look 1080p especially with the size of those fukking cutscenes

Pretending the graphics weren't hyped up at the reveal AND pretending gameplay looks the same.

Then when its painfully obvious that the gameplay doesn't match the reveal we get.

The in game stil looks "soo good".

The only difference here is the gameplay footage is in 30fps and it features much more visual elements that can be fastidiously picked apart by detectives. The teaser blurred a lot of things out so there wasn't much to go off from.

The screens aren't even a like for like comparison and secondly the game isn't even out yet. I frankly think people who make snap judgements on a games visuals RIGHT after a twitch stream of a stream went up are ridiculous. The gamersyde vid had better iq than the twich/youtube video and furthermore some users report the uploaded video had incorrect RGB levels so on PC they'd look washed up. I'm on a TV so someone watching a limited RGB video on a monitor displaying full RGB will see different things. Youtube exacerbates the whole ordeal.

Third, the game is a year away

Buncha excuses deflections and the "it's still in alpha" defense.

But all of that was non existent when y'all argued about how amazing the reveal was.

huh? both those shots are from UC4

the UC3 comment was just trying to appeal to the idea that we shouldn't worry about graphics if it's "A FUN GAME". there's nothing wrong with that by itself, but you have to put that in contrast with all the things that were said above about the graphics in the 'teaser'

obviously these things probably weren't said by the same people. but still that shyt is funny (to me at least)
