The in game stil looks "soo good".
The only difference here is the gameplay footage is in 30fps and it features much more visual elements that can be fastidiously picked apart by detectives. The teaser blurred a lot of things out so there wasn't much to go off from.
The screens aren't even a like for like comparison and secondly the game isn't even out yet. I frankly think people who make snap judgements on a games visuals RIGHT after a twitch stream of a stream went up are ridiculous. The gamersyde vid had better iq than the twich/youtube video and furthermore some users report the uploaded video had incorrect RGB levels so on PC they'd look washed up. I'm on a TV so someone watching a limited RGB video on a monitor displaying full RGB will see different things. Youtube exacerbates the whole ordeal.
