Contracts are a minefield of vague terminology and loopholes for the employer. For wrong dismissal, you need to make sure you haven't broken any of the T's and C's in some form or the other. That's how some companies get away with it, they present a back catalogue of broken protocols you've done and some of which you don't even know about.
