Jay-z inherited the beef from Kanye. Drake got pissy about the best I ever had video, then he started sneak dissing. He let someone get in his ear and say that Kanye purposely made the video "wack"
Fast forward to just before and just after Watch The Throne time frame when Drake/Wayne were taking shots at Jayz/Kanye.
The shots back and forth led to Drake making fun of Jay-z about his MCHG art references.....which led to Pound Cake shots from Jay-z....etc etc
What the hell happened to dude he should have been caking off of youtube.
This is confusing though Jay was on pound cake like you said. I know sneak dissing a nikka on his own song isnt an unheard of thing but normally its not something built up over several years like youre describing.
