His label got dropped, he can't even get it started again. This nikka claimed he was shelving nikkas albums and ending careers, now he can't get a release date. That's the ultimate fall off.

Maybe in NYC, I can't speak on that area so I'll take your word for it cuz I know you are not a bullshytter. I can tell you that shyt was not getting spins like that in Los Angeles or Vegas.

It was the bigger song. You are talking about a song that dominated the summer, people running around chanting they are big meech, and 40 different MCs taking the beat/flow/hook and flipping it. It was bigger on the urban stations and on the hip hop/r&b charts. I've seen Styles P perform the song twice and every time people go nuts. Just two months ago at the Currensy show he performed it and the place exploded when most people don't even know his verse because its bleeped out

50 Cent’s Street King Immortal Album Gets November 13 Release Date | XXL

50 Cent’s new album now has an official release date.

Street King Immortal, which will be Fif’s fifth major label release will hit stores on November 13, The album will be released on Shady/Aftermath/Interscope, and will be the Queen’s rapper’s first retail project since 2009′s Before I Self Destruct. In the time since, he has dropped a handful of mixtapes, including The Big 10, The Lost Tape, and, most recently, 5 (Murder By Numbers).

The news of the release comes as 50 and his label, Interscope, have not been seeing eye-to-eye of late. Last summer, the rap star aired out the label in a series of tweets. “Ok I tried to be cool with my record company,” he wrote. “I went to the meeting [and] talk[ed] to everyone and shyt feels like [they're] moving in slow motion. I’m sorry to announce I will not be releasing a new album this year if we don’t get on the same page.”

Of course, he didn’t end up releasing an album last year, but has been determined to get one out in 2012. So much so, in fact, that he promised that he would out out 5 (Murder By Numbers)—initially slated to be his official album, rather than the free release that it became—without the backing of Interscope. “I’m focused on my music watch how things shift july 3 album #5 is coming out with or with out INTERSCOPE.#SK,” he tweeted back in May, less than two months before the project’s release.

Now, though, he seems to me pleased with the spot he’s in and the relationship with Interscope. “STREET KING IMMORTAL is going to be a classic,” he boasted on Twitter over the weekend. “Jimmy iovine said STREET KING IMMORTAL is the best album I’v made sense GET RICH OR DIE TRYING.”
