Lost my 2 maxed out snipers in a chrysalis heavy mission



I was sad like a family member died for a few mins. I won the mission and got an excellent rating cause i saved all the civilians but i felt like i lost

I only got one sniper breh one Assault (my vounteer), 2 supports and 1 heavy....

I usually lose one on the sectopod part but then I reach the ethereals and all my goons get mind controlled and they slaughter my girl

That sniper you got is key to winning. Take it slow breh, you will get it.

My crack team of specialists is a fukking problem, my sniper was "In the zone" where he keeps getting shots and literally ran out of ammo from 1 shot killing nikkas. And that is with the ammo conservation upgrade, put down 4 floaters, two of those little annoying ass bots, 3 Mutons and the sectopod to "Zero".

I used Arch Angel armor for my sniper, shyt was mean.

For the last mission I sent two flying alloys into the room, the telekinetic dudes can't attack them and the guys on the ground usually miss the first shot.

Finally beat the last mission!
I mind controlled one of those ethereals and had him cyclone his boys then I just picked at the head ethereal, dude mind controlled one of my boys, I laid him down with a sniper from 3 feet away finally my choosen one (who I named after my baby sister) hit him with that mind fray and it was over already have a game where I'm playing on classic and it's crushing me
