I've seen people bum hits off of people's blunts and cigarettes. The way he's grabbing dudes arm is like "Let me hit that" like he's taking it, or anything from dudes hand. If the dude was presenting him the blunt the wrist would be outward which is just awkward anyway so he'd have to have his arm around him or something.

You can read the body language and somewhat interpret the scene they were prolly standing around posing, smoking blunts taking a different pic or angle every 10 seconds and for a candid shot dude was like "hold on, lemme get that" and grabbed dudes wrist.
