What got him his deal with Cash Money and then this new "partnership" was his mixtapes. Him Gucci, Juiceman, Boosie etc... ATE off mixtapes and touring the country to perform their MIXTAPE tracks in clubs.

All you're doing is throwing salt which shows an obvious dislike of Gotti. I aint even that big of a fan to be defending him on this but just calling it how it is. After looking at his wiki I see he first he dropped four independent albums then went to the mixtape game for 6 years till his next album finally came out. So my point has been made. For the majority of his career (and with which came the most success) was off his mixtapes. So with this:
