it's solely commission based but if i'm involved with the whole process (putting up the apartment posting, showing it off, getting the sale) i think you max out at like 60% or so of the asking price + you get percentages off people you refer and the money they make whenever they sell. 60% of these $1000+ apartments in brooklyn is a good look for passive money given that this is something i'd be doing at my discretion, however and whenever i wanted to while making a salary elsewhere. just been too lazy to move forward with it. no clue why.
