Different bars do different things. But in general you just sitting around and pulling from a Hookah pipe filled with fruit leaves (Shiisha) or some shyt and smoking.
It can be quite nice if you've a group of friends to chill with before or after a club and some of the more enterprising ones sell food and sometimes may have one or two 'ah-rab' chicks come out and belly dance to music or with each other.
Don't go by yourself, though, if you can help it. Hookah joints are almost always filled with people in a group so you aren't meeting anyone new, and they'd normally chuck you in a corner or some lowly spot and you look like an addict by yourself since its more of a social smoking experience.
Prices Vary, try it once and see if you can deal with it.
