Basically a bar environment for people under 21. Everyone came to chill and have a good time, you know the females are gonna be open, and depending on the place you'll probably be able to find drugs too.
Seems like another environment where people can chill

I bought one last year and "smoked" and the shyt didnt even give me a buzz.

"Truth" came thru and fukked up the coolness of cigarettes. So in response the trillion dollar cigarette companies needed a new way to target the youth.
Hence hookah bars. Targeted towards young adults and heavily promoted in trendsetting music i.e. "Urban music".

Yeah, let's act like hookah isn't expensive as fukk. It doesn't get you high, it doesn't give you the same feeling as cigarettes, so why am I paying so much to taste smoke?

Its just a lounge that is usually BYOB that typical lounges arent. Buy a couple bottles, bring some take out get you a booth (that you have to buy a hookah for) in the corner with your people and chill out. These nikkas have no friends.

I cant speak for most people but its just a chill spot for me and a few of my friends. BYOB places are cool but may feel too "pub"-ish or not laid back enough. Hookah bars (the ones I have seen anyway) are usually BYOB/F and pretty chill. I don't smoke weed or cigarettes so its not about the hookah for me, just chillin in a convenient place a couple hours for $17 bucks eating and drinking whatever you want for cheap in your booth.Yeah, let's act like hookah isn't expensive as fukk. The ones out here are mostly byob/byol, u just gotta buy cups. Few homies, few chicks, passing hookah, just chillin. And if everybody brings a party you can intermix with the ppl around you.

When it was time for my NERB my teachers were telling my classmates (that didn't have patients) to go to the hookah bars/vape lounges.
