I believe California is one of the states that mails out a ballot to every registered voter for every election. Voters don't have to request a ballot, if they are registered to vote, a ballot will be mailed to them. So they don't have to leave their house to vote unless they want to.

Republicans are way ahead of you. Did you hear that they just changed how the post-date works for the mail balllots at the usps? The new changes have guaranteed that tens of thousands of votes will be invalidated for being late.

Sometimes I'm legitimately amazed at the degree to which they're willing to rig the system.They are running a multi-prong assault on the Democratic voter base.

This is a variation of what they do in the South where they would change some technicality in order to confuse a bunch of old people. They are notorious for changing how things are listed on a paper, or changing the timing, or organizing the options on the ballot roll in a confusing manner. Since they obviously don't control the ballots in a blue state, they're using the one vehicle they do control which is the federal system. Normally these games are for old people, Except this time young people who have never ever used physical mail will get caught up.


And we're still at the beginning of the year that's the crazy part. I expect them to mess with the postal service more in the next 9 months. I'm sure there's a couple of Republicans sitting in the white house right now wargaming how to get even more people to not vote, or how to invalidate their votes.

As I said before Republicans are going to spend the next nine months wargaming on how to invalidate mail voting. And I don't believe this is going to be the end of it they're going to do this in every single state and they're going to try to do it at the federal level too, as we saw with them changing the post date rules in an election year.

This is untrue. Those laws are only valuable if the people in power are willing to follow them.

For example, Most states also have laws in place prohibiting Federal officials or law enforcement from carrying out their duties within a court. My own state has these laws. Last week I was dealing with a traffic ticket. Do you know who I saw while I was at the courthouse? Ice. Literally inside of the courthouse, laws be damned.


I encourage you to rewatch the video. The key part of what he was saying was that ice is not following the laws. They are doing illegal shyt with impunity. This is why they will be at the voting stations. The darkest part about this reminds me a lot of the 1960s where black people would be at the voting stations, and they would have armed people at the voting stations verifying whether you are able to vote, verifying stupid shyt ike literacy tests or Civic tests which are only being enforced on non-white people. In the worst case scenario, they pulled black people away and told them they couldn't vote. And the best case scenario, I only had to delay the black people long enough for the voting booths to close.

I admit I came into the video very skeptical of what the guy was saying, but he is being very logical. Conservatives used the exact same tactics before. these were the exact same tactics that were deployed in Nazi Germany too.

The worst part about this is that there's no Central authority for ice. The individual ice officers have been deputized. There have been cases of citizens showing their birth certificate and ice tells them " oh no that's not real, we need to detain you". There have been cases of citizens showing their passports in the ice agent whose deputized themselves as the passport isn't real. . Just last week we had a whole native Americans we've never been anywhere outside of America being detained. For somebody who was actually born in America, this is an inconvenience. The procedure is to pull you aside for questioning..However if they do this to you on voting day, they pull you out before the polling stations close and you never get to cast your vote conveniently against trump. And this is just for the natural born citizens. For citizens you have been naturalized, there have been documented cases of the individual deputized ice agents staring them dead in the face and telling them that their proof documentation is false.

You can't have an election under these circumstances. Its Pure voter intimidation.

The issue with a Petty federal govt is that all of those State mechanisms like mailing rely on federal services like USPS. Which a Republican president and a Republican congress can directly use for political aims. This is where they go in with Petty regulatory rules to disqualify blue voters.


Also you're missing the point with your ID question. It doesn't matter if you get the ID. When the entire government is weaponized they'll just choose some other regulation. Again look at the mail-in voting play. You lose the battle if chasing the opponent from goal post to goal post.
