I was going to make a thread or perhaps bump the main one because I was just thinking this… I’m going to say Elden Ring 
I just returned to this game a month or 2 ago so I can finally play the DLC and then try night reign. Already 80 hours in and am still amazed how good this game is. I haven’t touched it years and it still holds up.
It’s the perfect single player game imo. I like all genres but something about how from soft blended Zelda and dark souls to make this and I hate dark souls games. Elden ring 2 is going to be the GOAT game I know it.
