Im thinking of getting a kitchenaid standmixer and sausage stuffer and grinder accessories inorder to make some gourmet sausages when fam visits, but that shyt is too expensive and apparently kitchenaid has dipped in quality in the last few years with many parts becoming plastic. Im also interested in the pasta attachments. Are there any other stand mixers out there that offers an array of attachment like the kitchenaid but also offers quality. I want it to last for atleast a decade.

Kitchenaide and Breville (which is even more expensive) are worth the price. My aunt who bakes cakes has had her kitchen aide for almost 20yrs with no issues.

If you get the kitchen aide, get the classic one. No need for the artisan because they are all pretty much the same. The mixer + attachments is very much worth the $500 you're gonna spend.

All I need are the pasta and meat grinder, tho I like to just use it as a mixer. I like the other stuff separate.

KitchenAid is the GOAT :blessed: I love mine. I've actually been thinking about purchasing another one because one mixer + Christmas baking= tedious and annoying. I want the ice cream bowl attachment but it doesn't fit in my freezer.

:mjcry: hand mixers are for real nikkas
I still have my Hamilton Beach hand mixer. I hate that thing so much even when I'm making numerous batches of cookies with different kinds of frostings, I rather wash the stand mixer bowl inbetween batches than pull the hand mixer out. :russ:
