Seeing these gentrifiers that are basically apart of the problem, supporting it trying to be "activists" or social justice warriors speaking for the same people they are hurting for the sake of making themselves look good. You can't find most of these folks ever trying to help a disadvantaged person or the less fortunate for free or turning it into a give me credit thing. That's that well off suburb rich man mentality. Gentrification comes from land ownership class. So, when concepts of property ownership change and classes aren’t allowed

Unfortunately when you don't own property you can be displaced. Even if you do own it, alot of these areas have seniors that are dying and the kids dont want to pay taxes or the upkeep because they dont have the money. Economics is the biggest factor. Whites have disposable income. Even the working class ones. They dont mind slumming it and putting up with the occasional break in or crackhead. In a few years they will double their investment and have a pioneer status in the lily white gentrified community.

The usa is at the end of it's end. The last few chapters in it's book and good riddance to it, once it's gone. The post-america/end of the western dominated world is gonna be rough for awhile. But we AA's will pull through...

The end game for blacks... sit around crying and complaining, instead of owning your property and neighborhoods. Being pushed out to rural towns/ or suburbs eventually with alot of these suburbs becoming new hoods. Eventually in a few couple decades, the reverse will happen and non blacks will buy out the suburbs and move blacks back into the city...and the cycle repeats.

Bc alot of these neighborhoods are prime territory. The people in the neighborhood just dont realize it & some leave to the suburbs first thing they do when they get money.

That shyt annoys me to no end.

We've spoken on people moving to shytty cac/middle class areas areas instead of building the ones they're in. These 'urban' areas have far more culture,better shops and travel amenities but it seems only young middle class white people can recognize and enact the potential.

This being said if you rent or are housed by the government then you can't really complain too much anyway, you don't own shyt. Its fukked up but its life.

First time I saw it happen was when I was 9, a shytty area in East London with some of the worst schools in the country was completely taken over by hipsters and transformed. No lie when I say they turned them into some of the best within like 5-7 years.I respect them because the new middle classed parents were super involved and investing/generating money and holding teachers accountable.

Will the suburbs that blacc ppl get pushed out to eventually have the same culture and flavor as historical blacc neighborhoods in the inner city?


Like can there be a Harlem, Southside Chicago, South central type neighborhoods forming in the suburbs

Sure you can grow your own food...

But really it's over if we get pushed out to rural areas. Cities are already concentrations of resources. As the usa continues circling the drain... cities are gonna soak up even more.


I mean shyt rural whites are toast. And if their toast.. then what do you think that means for black folk out in a rural area in that situation.
