The mission is simple

White folks what the areas around the downtown areas and within 5 miles of the action back from black neighborhoods who are located there

They're tired of driving in from the burbs gor events..

The mission is going to have black folks which many are doing move out to the burbs.. Black folks are offered low amount for their homes and then go throw that money on a over priced home just to get out the hoods which is turned into condos that folks can't afford $3,000 a month for

Then the homes in the hood for many are not owned just being rented..and when the landlord get a opportunity to sell black folks are kicked out..

There's so much other shyt as well but it might take everybody on the board to comment on what's going on in their city

Its about territory and resources. Most major cities are near a major resource or a body of water. The closer you are to most city centers the closer you are to the nexus of power. Its the reason why no one gives a fukk about Staten Island. The place is far flung as hell, to the point it barely feels like its connected to the city.

Being in the city means you are close to in many cases the County seat of government, employment opportunities are more readily available. Its easier to start a small business with a niche clientele.

Basically, in the long run, cities are life on easy mode, if you have means. Not to mention virtually all of your natural resource needs are centered around cities.

The long game is to take back total control of these areas even at a subconscious level because all this shyt is the race for scarce resources. And in terms of most cities, space/land is one of the most valuable things there is.

Dislocation of blacks from metropolitan areas, sending them to the vacated suburbs once housed by those during the era of white flight. Of course, the jobs will join those moving back to the cities, leaving blacks living in the fringes with little economic opportunities. Because of the resultant poverty this will inflict upon the children of those families, the gentrified areas will have a steady supply of cheap black labor to come into the cities and service the wealthy white yuppies living there. It's not a very complicated plan and the dominant society isn't subtle with what is occurring, knowing that blacks lack economic and political capital to stop it. Our black elders failed us. Their need to be accepted by people who hate us and integrate our people into a burning building, as MLK so eloquently put it, cost us an opportunity to build our own wealth and withstand this soft holocaust.

the other day i had a thought about this in terms neocolonialism. ive had that thought before but you always see these old decrepit suburban white folks visiting their kids just loving the restaurants and the "culture", and i see it as one of the reasons they support the system of white supremacy. it allows them to financially assist their offspring to continue their parasitic, thieving legacy. The good majority of these implants are being at least partially funded by their parents, and to me they obviously enable them for their interests as a race.

its also blatantly obvious that the law enforcements main objective is to protect whites. ive seen neighborhoods go from shootings in broad daylight to cacs walking around at night carefree. they set up police posts on certain corners yet at one point in time they orchestrated those very neighborhoods to carry out black genocide in the form of drugs, murder, and mass incarceration.
Repped.
This shyt is crazy.

And its crazy to see how some blacks in inner cities are clueless about the while process. Smh.
For real!
:mindblown:

I try telling some of these cats that the places these white gentrifiers are from are really racist and not too welcoming to black and Brown folks and they just like....meh.

I talked to two Spanish chicks born and raised from NYC and they said they liked the white hipsters cause they were "exotic.
:gucci:

I swear some of these people should leave NYC and go to those places they coming from and sew how welcome they are...some of them ain't never seen a confederate flag in their livea.

R3ally all roads lead to this.

You really think black people who get pushed out to the suburbs are going to experience a renaissance in their areas? fukk no...they pushed out there 5o die a slow death. Once the neighborhood gets too black, whites are afraid to go there...they move out. The social services cease to operate. Buses stop going there. Garbage trucks stop going there. UPS and mail doesn' seem to want to go there. What else would you think would happen afterwards?

I honestly believe it will stop itself by means of an economic collapse. The question is how bad will it be and will America ultimately be destroyed because of it. All this greed is eventually going to lead to ruin. Basic karma. America pretty much is crumbling as an empire already.

Seeing these gentrifiers that are basically apart of the problem, supporting it trying to be "activists" or social justice warriors speaking for the same people they are hurting for the sake of making themselves look good. You can't find most of these folks ever trying to help a disadvantaged person or the less fortunate for free or turning it into a give me credit thing. That's that well off suburb rich man mentality. Real sad.
I think there's gonna be another riot soon.

All these megacondos coming up that no one wants in the neighborhood. I seen some already get their windows smashed out.

This is all due to white people and their inherent inability to live with non-whites in peace without wanting to claim superiority and dominate over others.

TYRONE GA!
Stop it? Get used to it and settle way out in the middle of nowhere? Leave America alltogether?

From East to West it seems like every major city is becoming the New San Fran...

Stop letting our neighborhoods goto shyt and then cashing out.
Stop frontin like we own shyt, and actually start buying and owning shyt in our neighborhoods
Stop pocket watching and support each other
Stop turning a blind eye to buffoonery and ignorance in our neighborhoods and handle it (without dealing with the police hopefully).
Start to truly give a fukk about taking pride in our children's education. Mufukkaz will show up to the sports events, but nowhere to be found for PTSA meetings
Stop embracing the minstrelity of us in media (tv, radio, movies)
Make the churches step up in our neighborhoods
Give the young brehs/brehettes something productive to do after school.
Mentor and give back to the communities

Get involved with it. For every one white person willing to invest, we need a group of 6+ blacks to be willing to invest. Local laws that offer people renting the first opportunity to buy at it's current market value. Collaboration is our best bet.

I think so too. You hear about there being another recession coming next year that's gonna be way worse than the 2007 one?

And seriously think all these folks moving into Brooklyn especially the gentrified areas is a bad idea in itself. It's a trend that will fade out as soon as this generation enters it's coming of age. Quite sure folks will move away from the city right back to the suburbs leaving the cities into ghost towns or abandoned. With the cost of living, a lot of these people are trying to live beyond their means at the moment.

And what's crazier is that they say that the generational wealth that millenials are supposed to receive or at least the ones that have it will be a lot but most will be unable to maintain or put money back into. They aren't making that much money compared to the baby boomers so they're basically not gonna be able to maintain it or pass it down to the next. Basically, there's gonna be a lot of broke people and less rich people with most of the wealth.

NY
They aren't going to gentrify everywhere, people will just move to where its cheaper.

In NYC, people who use to live in BK, most have moved to the Bronx. Thats where the rent is cheapest now.

Others have moved to PA.

Bc alot of these neighborhoods are prime territory. The people in the neighborhood just dont realize it & some leave to the suburbs first thing they do when they get money.

That shyt annoys me to no end.
No, stop saying this. It's not that people don't realize what they have, it's that the resources the developers use are orders of magnitude greater than what the residents had. If you look into why those areas get snatched up, it's usually tied to a lot of entities planning to do things with not only our neighborhoods, but the surrounding areas as well.

Again, if you want people to hold their ground, that's fine, but don't look at what the gentrifiers do and later say "see? We could have done that."

No. It's flatly false. Stop parroting that point, fam.
