We have to wait and see until these hipster millennial have kids. I don’t see these people sending their kids to Brooklyn high or Harlem high. Once their done playing city they will leave and we will see the end results

They have already builded those Ivy League boarding schools in NYC though, rich people usually send their kids there.

They built one in Chelsea. its one of those schools that are Kindergarten to 12th grade, and the tuition is 30K a year. Its in this video
,
its right across the street from a project housing.

Lena Dunham went to one in Brooklyn, called the Saint Ann's School.

The Gentrifiers aren't moving bro.

Where It’s Not Safe
No, stop saying this. It's not that people don't realize what they have, it's that the resources the developers use are orders of magnitude greater than what the residents had. If you look into why those areas get snatched up, it's usually tied to a lot of entities planning to do things with not only our neighborhoods, but the surrounding areas as well.

Again, if you want people to hold their ground, that's fine, but don't look at what the gentrifiers do and later say "see? We could have done that."

No. It's flatly false. Stop parroting that point, fam.
Im not parroting anything, im relaying what Ive heard and seen in real life. People from my old neighborhood (southeast dc) saying they cant wait to get out, and never ever return not even for family. Thats just my experience .Run to the suburbs where it’s good. Dont beleive me? I have receipts in my thread I made. Its not completely false. But yes there are more complexities to it, which Ive seen talking about this.

For the bolded, Im aware of this, but its not impossible to do. We just had 2 threads with a woman in chicago and a lottery winner buying the block back. If I could id buy my old neighborhood.

Will the suburbs that blacc ppl get pushed out to eventually have the same culture and flavor as historical blacc neighborhoods in the inner city?

Like can there be a Harlem, Southside Chicago, South central type neighborhoods forming in the suburbs

Or can these types of neighborhoods only be made in big cities
It's possible but it takes time and resources. Not to mention a lot of cities were built under different economic circumstances so things that defined past "meccas" like automotives in Detroit or art and jazz culture in Harlem aren't driving factors anymore. In 10-20 years, new places will be popping just the same, though burbs have completely different dynamics than cities.

We need to focus on creating a strong black economy so location for us won’t matter. Notice how whites can move to City, burbs or rural area and still have communities. I think we blacks we focus too much on a specific area not not creating what other groups have and that is mobility

It's a trip... for a lot of y'all "resources" really means cacs...

Your mind been gentrified if you can't fathom making it without the whiteman holding your hand.

Actually bemoan the land and rural areas where all the true resources of the planet lie because it's not in the city with Daddy and his business.

Get hip to what's really real out here. We're running out of time.

I think there's gonna be another riot soon.

All these megacondos coming up that no one wants in the neighborhood. I seen some already get their windows smashed out.

This is all due to white people and their inherent inability to live with non-whites in peace without wanting to claim superiority and dominate over others.

It's why they're militarizing the police. Whites in the Northern and Western cities are vulnerable when shyt pops off. Most of them aren't armed, which means the police will have to protect them from the coming hordes. That's why I don't give a fukk about any pig that gets his wig split. They are soldiers of white supremacy.

The cops and the military protect white people and white privilege. This should be understood and overstood primarily. Their prosperity comes at the expense of non-whites.

They already are which is why I laugh at hipster families. They have kids...realize they can' afford to raise a family in NYC and move back to the suburbs or some cac city like Portland or Austin.

Its about territory and resources. Most major cities are near a major resource or a body of water. The closer you are to most city centers the closer you are to the nexus of power. Its the reason why no one gives a fukk about Staten Island. The place is far flung as hell, to the point it barely feels like its connected to the city.

Being in the city means you are close to in many cases the County seat of government, employment opportunities are more readily available. Its easier to start a small business with a niche clientele.

Basically, in the long run, cities are life on easy mode, if you have means. Not to mention virtually all of your natural resource needs are centered around cities.

The long game is to take back total control of these areas even at a subconscious level because all this shyt is the race for scarce resources. And in terms of most cities, space/land is one of the most valuable things there is.

Dont sleep the North shore of SI is being heavily gentrified. The cacs want everything within the city limits. From the north shore you can get to Manhattan in 30 mins and brooklyn in 15. Blacks and hispanics make up majority of the area while cacs live on the south shore closer to jersey. Its still very possible to own a single or multi family home in staten island where its still affordable. My parents have seen their houses worth double in the last two years. Stuff is happeneing fast.

The end game for non blacks... having alot of their people become millionaires off of investments in property and upcoming businesses in the area

The end game for blacks... sit around crying and complaining, instead of owning your property and neighborhoods. Being pushed out to rural towns/ or suburbs eventually with alot of these suburbs becoming new hoods. Eventually in a few couple decades, the reverse will happen and non blacks will buy out the suburbs and move blacks back into the city...and the cycle repeats.

In summary... blacks arent about action:yeshrug:
We don’t have the money it’s that fukkin simple
