Not true, UC4 is highly anticipated and WILL sell consoles.
There's just been some weird variables this gen that made some exclusives seem not as big compared to last gen.
But do more people care about the game because it's a good game or because it's an exclusive?
ND are regarded as one of the best devs in the industry right now for a reason. They drop classics most of the time and this is their first ground up PS4 game from a highly acclaimed franchise on PS3.
We've seen a glimpse of the game and it looks fantastic, previews recently came out and they were glowing and we've played the beta and felt it played fantastic mechanics wise . Lastly, it's from the team that dropped UC2 and TLOU. People care about it because it's "ND" and it's a good game.
Hell, I'd say that more people are excited about UC4 than are people excited about FFXV on both consoles. UC3 sold 10 million on PS3 alone. FFXIII+XIII-2 sold about the same across three platforms. It's a popular game.
