Stafford wasn't nearly as high profile coming out of college as RG3 and Cam were. We won the Sugar Bowl in 08 but he wasn't setting the world on fire like those two were.

He is league MVP as of right NOW. And if he keeps up what he's been doing this year, he'll hold records that will NEVER be broken (anytime soon at least)

To be honest, I never expected much from Matt Stafford or Sam Bradford. They seem like decent QB's but guys who wont go down in history as anything special. Basically less hyped up Phillip River type players at best. And Rivers sucks

They don't talk about Stafford because they barely talked about him last year and they didn't talk about him hardly at all while he was here in Georgia. He didn't get nearly as much press as Brees, Brady, Eli, Rodgers or even a mid-level dude like Flacco.

Compare the hype that Stafford, Matt Ryan, Sam Bradford and got coming out of college to Luck,Cam and RG3 and you tell me why we're not really talking about it. The only reason gets shytted on because he may very well have been the biggest bust since Leaf, if he was at least average starter caliber he'd be ignored.

I'd be naive to think that has something to do with the backlash that he probably will get but you also have to consider this too.
