There is an incentive to keep what is foreign at bay. It's not just white people; it's the entire human species (add to that much of the animal kingdom).

Race is a social construct that is culturally reinforced. Before the concept of race there was no fear of foreign races "infiltrating" the gene pool, only foreign ethnicities and cultures. However, these are not inherently biological imperatives. Of course, male organisms tend to dislike outsiders breeding with females in their immediate social circle, as they have access to these females and are reliant on their reproductive ability to carry on their bloodline. However, carrying this reasoning to apply to a human construct (read: not natural) such as race that includes millions of people you have never met is absolutely ludicrous and has no basis in fact whatsoever. It is actually biologically beneficial across the entire animal kingdom to introduce new genes (of the same species) to the pool, as hybridized forms of all species are generally less susceptible to genetically inherited diseases.
