I feel like the sense of entitlement we as Americans have is fukking ridiculous. I made this thread after reading about fat acceptance.
These motherfukkers have their own version of the NAACP called NAAFA. National Association to Advance Fat Acceptance.
I don't really want to focus on the whole Fat Acceptance thing. But more so on where this shyt come from? The idea of instead of changing what's wrong with you, blaming others for not "accepting who you are?"

But some poll or study was released a few years ago that said Americans have the highest self confidence in the world. But the same study also highlighted that we actually achieve less and perform worse than a lot of countries on academic tests.

So you talk about some shyt....we are a country of confident fools.

And for the second thing why is it so hard for educated people to understand the fat acceptance thing? It's not saying don't try and lose weight it's saying love yourself. Just because you are fat doesn't mean that you should hate yourself. You can love yourself and still know that you need to lose weight.
