This past weekend the entire cause was hijacked for another meaning.
THEN Jerry Jones found a loophole and had his team kneel BEFORE the anthem.
If you're a player looking to continue the protest, what's you next move? Because now anybody that kneels during the anthem will be asked "Why can't you do it before the song?" Look at Trump taking credit for this "progress"
I'm really curious to see how the NFL players respond next week.
Mods, I'm not trying to me YET ANOTHER anthem thread. But I didn't see a particular thread talking about the direction going forward.
