That's disrespectful my nikka at least Faried can run the pick and roll and hit a mid range jumper once in awhile and hustle his way to 15-25 points on any given night. This dude Thompson though cant score unless it's on a lob or put back. I wouldn't even guard him outside of 5 feet from the basket dude looks like he would trip over his own feet if the ball handler threw him the ball on pick and roll.

It ain't no such thing as "Cavs management"...Lebron is running the show there. It's funny though...he has everything in Cleveland he could never have in Miami--a major role in front office moves and personnel, a major role in coaching decisions, special concessions and accommodations made to his friends and family by the organization...he has almost total control of the Cavs franchise and I've never seen this dude look as miserable in his career as he has this season.
