Ocarina's the GOAT but Skyward Sword had the best bosses of the Zelda games

Metroid Prime 2 might be the overall GOAT though on hard mode. Good challenge without being cheap.

Metal Gear Solid 3 had some Great Bosses but The Series all together produces such a Great Challenge when it comes to going 1 on 1 with a Boss. My Favorite has to be The End in the forest that is of course if you don't Kill him before you reach the forest. Hardest Boss had to be The Fear though, he had me Pinned Down for a Day or 2 when 1st came across his Double Jointed Demonic Ass..I was getting that Work in a Goddamn Swamp like
