I'm filled out the application, but where do you go to pick a plan? It never lets me log in when I go to the marketplace specifically.

I tried a few months ago just to compare prices when the first deadline was approaching and I never got on.
it finally started working then it denied me.

No credit...? Do you have a job, and did you file taxes this year? You should be set to go if so.
And if you have no money, you can sign up for Medicaid.
