He's had injury problems this year but when he played he's been pretty solid. With the Packers he's become expendable with the emergence of Randall Cobb but he'd still be a great fit on most other teams.

However, he is not one of those guys that takes over a game and goes up an gets balls, he's more of a precision route runner with great speed which really requires a good rapport with the QB and having an accurate passer
