He replaced the artists who weren't selling ( Consequence, Really Doe, GLC) with artists who ARE selling ( Big Sean, 2 Chains) artists who are buzzing (Pusha T) and artists who have potential TO sell (Teyanna Taylor) he held on to the artists who've had success all along ( John Legend) and has some respected veterans on the roster who keep things legitimate (Q-Tip, Mos Def) Common left on his own accord to do his own thing so that it is what it is....

Outside of Kanye, Cudi, and Dos Cadenas, GOOD don't got a strong fanbase. That's why they're overlooked but low key, they've got one of the strongest labels out there capable of making the best music.

Oh, and he ain't "switch up" GOOD Music he still kept Common and John Legend fakkit, he just added more people to it.
