Yea, that's easily their best project. They've made some great music together, just not consistently so.
CH rambling about Sonic and RiRi while everybody else rapping about lyrical stuff.

the answer is that they didn't fail. Name another 'super group' where somewhat accomplished solo artists who had all been rapping for 7 to 13 years came together, lasted that long and dropped 2 albums, 2 mixtapes, an EP, bunch of songs, hopped on bunch of remixes and did bunch of radio freestyles as a group.

The problem is that you had a group made up of spittas trying to make commercial hip-hop. The only rapper who could really pull that off were Joe Budden and Royce, trying to do that with Crooked I an Joell Ortiz was just a recipe for disaster. Also Eminem's direction of them was to blame as well. Em needed to go back to being a spitta not the other way around (them becoming pop rappers).
@Young/Nacho\Drawz I get your point. My point is, if they failed, compared to what? Like what were the expectations when most "super groups" only drop a couple of songs or one album (The Firm, Random Axe etc.)

Sound of hip hop changed in 2010.. first album was pretty decent but shyt came out in 09 and so far gone/live love asap/lil b SGP "cloud rap " changed the game moving forward... They came out a little too late.
Crook and joell being too bland and no personality. The 4 of em didn't seem to mix at all.. eventhough I loved the original slaughterhouse joint on buddens album. Nino bless was really good on that also. Only Joe and Royce seem like genuine homies
