No they aren't. This is what you stans have been telling yourselves for 8 years. In reality the Xbox 360 was the stronger AND easier platform. The playstation was able to catch up over time due to optimizations. This gen has flipped, but the same outcome will happen.
Which playstaion 4 game runs at 1080p 60fps again?
Outlast, Resogun, Tomb Raider

, KZ MP, COD Ghosts and plenty more to come. Hell there's even games like Infamous second son which runs at 1080P with higher than 30fps.
Infamous: Second Son is probably the best-looking title on PlayStation 4 we 've seen so far. The highly detailed models, the lighting effects, high-resolution textures, the amount of particles on the screen... Infamous: Second Son is an undisputed visual treat. What is even more impressive, considering that this is an open world game, is that there's a fluidity to the action that seems very high. We do not know if it's running at 60 frames per second, but it seems to be well over 30.

edit: PS3 had a weaker gpu but faster CPU compared to the 360. PS3 was harder to develop for which resulted in inferior looking multiplats at the start of the gen. Overtime it improved.
First party titles the devs were much better suited to the PS3's CPU strengths and that showed in the games where they were MUCH better looking. Seriously, a game like God of War 3 or Uncharted 3, Heavy Rain, KZ3 etc looked much better than the offerings on the 360 but I know you'll just claim Halo 4 looked better.
This time around the XB1 is weaker. The slightly faster CPU at 1.75ghz compared to the PS4's 1.6ghz cpu is hardly anything to spill a drink about. The GPU is 50% faster, the unified ram setup seems to be the better setup as evidenced by the disparity in multiplatforms.
You can deny this all you want breh but the games don't lie. How many games will have to come out for you to admit that PS4 is just superior in regards to it's hardware??
