I'm tired of seeing this narrative in every thread when the numbers clearly show that isn't true. So let's speak on the numbers saying that Wiggins actually did create baskets for himself at the college level.

Wiggins was assisted on 45.9% of his shots at the rim, 20.8% of his 2PT jumpers, and 76.7% of his 3PT jumpers

Parker was assisted on 54.3% of his shots at the rim, 46.3% of his 2PT jumpers, and 92.1% of his 3PT jumpers.

Jabari is a phenomenal talent. But I'm tired of seeing cats use weak ass excuses to prop him up and try to shyt on Wiggins. It is possible to think both prospects will do well.

Agreed plus there was absolute horrible spacing on this KU team. I distinctly remember a play against TCU where Wiggins was isolated on the right and then a big came over to clog up his way to the lane. I want to say he made a step back but it was that type of play that irritated me all year long. He'll be a lot better with a legit NBA point guard.

I'd have hit the turbo button a lot, because I wouldn't wanna dribble around anyone and definitely not through traffic.

That first step will make a believer out of people, just wait. If he can master the one/two dribble pullup, he can go a long way. With good spacing he should be able to blow past people on the first dribble like Kobe or Melo.

He can create his own shot but due to his weak handle it limits him alot. Dont care what those numbers say Jabari can score many more ways than Wiggins.

Wiggins handle is trash at the moment and cant get a good shot off whenever he wants

But due to Jabari horrible defense and the fact Wiggins athleticism gives him a higher ceiling I can see why Wiggins would be taken first
