Really nice of Minnesota and Utah to develop these players for the Big Market teams...

I used to hate on Rubio until I started watching the Timberwolves play heavy. The difference between the Wolves when Rubio is on the court vs off is huge.

Goddamn, it must be so exciting to have a core like that.

It is. Feels like the first time in my life I've had anything nice :blessed:

But to try and not let the hope and optimism go to my head, the team still doesnt have any pieces that fit around Wiggins and Towns.

Kev Martin is still our only shooter and we have a bunch of SF/PF who are probably rotation players at best. I love Shabazz's game but it's redundant with Wiggins because neither is a good enough shooter to sit on the perimeter while the other works in the post. The Payne trade hurts because now he probably is the 4th or 5th big man on the depth chart and we gave up a future 1 for him

We need shooters and another big who will bang down low and D and be able to get some buckets in the paint because the team will struggle scoring again if we arent in transition.

Rubio is one of the best facilitators in the league, even thoughhe's not much of a scorer, his passing and court vision are elite.

Muhammad's not bad from outside. He just has to shoot it more

Throw Bud Bennett and Hummel in the bushes, get 2 shooters. Voila
