I don't think they will stop, because Blacks are still a major cornerstone of the Democratic party, but they will need to stop shuffling and come with something substantive and meaningful in the future because while Black people supported Hillary, they aren't so tonedeaf as to not realize that there is some fatigue within the Black community.
