The founders of rare are long gone. They were rare. Once they left rare was gone in everything but name. Im sure konami will pump out mgs games without kojima. And im sure they might scrape together a couple animators that worked on mgs under kojima. Does that mean the talent that made mgs, mgs is still there?

If you're basing the legacy of an entire company on the founders of said company then the very same could be day of Naughty Dog, and they just recently released one of the strongest video games of last gen. So obviously the talent of a company isn't left up to ~2 people, like you just said.
I quoted your comment specifically on why you said of Rare and why not to be optimistic of their output /and made an offhand comment/ on your idea of them not having noteworthy games. kinect game. The rare that made the games that made them rare is long gone. Just because they have the name rare still, and decided to make a non kinect game isnt reason to be excited. Their track record since joining microsoft is horrible.

@ microsft winning 2015. Its 5 months in and theyve yet to release a noteworthy game.
