Why is my shyt still buffering and kicking me off live shyt?

I just realized this happens to me most when they give free months. Was Survivor Series free? Because I ended up watching that on an alternate stream. The lagging was so bad. Same with FastLane. Also, my shyt was a good minute behind everyone else on the Network
