I work it out like this, personally:

If a bytch has (on average) more than 3 partners a year for every year (starting at age 16, to be fair/reasonable).....she's a certified hoe

e.g. if your chick is 23 and she had more than 24 partners.......hoe

She's 33 and had more than 54 partners? Hoe

And so on.....
