Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
lyrics ain't bad. breath control needs work. flow is illmatic nas. beat i won't judge cause i think you were just playing the track in the background as you recorded this video.

since you're just rapping a lot you definitely need to do something with the beat of flow to keep it from getting monotonous.

keep it up, though, breh.

I appreciate the responses and feedback. Will take it all into consideration and work on it. Any suggestions as far as what type of beat?

Your rhymes are quite good. IMO you should keep the same 85-95 bpm, but more of a boom bap beat, At this point you're just building your craft. You need to improve the flow a bit, you are on point 70% of the time and struggle in others parts. A more basic beat with more defined drums will be easier to get the flow spot on. Try something like " mighty healthy" 'no ideas original' (although this is a bit slower than your beat):win:

Edit: you might wanna ask some of those super lyrical miracle dudes on the site , the rhyme king types. They'll break it all down

No doubt breh. The beat does need a more solid bass heavy sound into it. You got a link for the beat you're suggesting?
