Most people have some social anxiety. Some just got a little more than others. My best advice would probably be to go into it knowing she probably has some of the same concerns you have. She's not thinking about you as much as she's thinking about herself. Once you understand that, you get to focus on her and what she does instead of being overtly concerned with what you say or do.

Finally ask my co-worker out to a movie, it goes well in the beginning but afterwards in the bar i can't hide my awkwardness

I got social anxiety bad also but I notice that as I get older I gradually grow out of it 
I learned that the worst thing for someone with social anxiety to do is to isolate themselves, they need to force themselves into social interaction so that the anxiety doesn't get worse. That's what gives you the Elliot Rodgers of the world because they spend their time sulking in their own misery. When I was unemployed and not in school I tended to do this alot because of my social anxiety but now in the past year I've been actively working to change that.
I moved from PA to the Atlanta area, got a job and I work around mostly women my age (I'm 21) all day so I'm getting female interaction everyday. Already got a number from a chick and wasn't even trying.
At the end of the year I'm transferring to a university which will put me around even more social situations that will allow me to get past my social anxiety.

Within 10 min of the convo..... I found out these key talking points:

*she showed up to the date in a crappy corolla which she couldn't keep the payments up on
*she had a son which she lost custody of
*she had a huge school debt from the community college she attended

By the end of the date I was no longer in "awe" I was laughing hysterically at this woman who wasn't a Bad Byatch..but was really a Byatch DOING BAD

Thats the main ones they can get though. Out in the street they don't have the built in advantage of seeing a chick daily and trying to win her over with personality so that's why it happens so much IMO.some dudes never learn, there are millions of women around them, but the broad that can make you lose your job are the ones theyat

We got low self esteem cuz we don't worship a woman based strictly off her looks?? All I'm saying is the sooner you can "humanize" a woman the better. Lots of men get blinded off looks and automatically assume he isn't good enough for her. Most men assume "dimes" are stuck up and wouldn't give them the time of day or jump thru hurdles for em just because she "looks good"

Why when you say something that's not 100% positive nikkas get reading comprehension problems? Where the heck did I say or insinuate that cats had low self esteem for not worshipping a woman? I also said most dudes assume they not good enough for the chick because I think we all know who we can and can't get internally. Its like me and you know we can't beat Lebron in basketball doesn't make us crazy just that we know what time it is same shyt to me.
