That part struck me too while I was reading. The drug test failure can be characterized as that, but anxiety, depression, bipolar, maybe ADD, definitely cannot be considered character flaws. That's ridiculous

Fat racist Peter King meant that those items are character flaws when you are black. This character flaw mess is just to help these dudes drop so teams can get them on the cheap.
