2) Prolly has a bland palette and can properly assess the spice level differences between the two.
3) Doesn't have a racial/cultural connection to either so not weighed down by cultural bias nor has a *black/African* palette that would be naturally inclined to either of the two.
With nothing to reference or make prior associations, he'd be the best person to review which of the two plates stands out.
