Yeah social skills and communication skills are an indispensable part of getting ahead career wise.
You can be brilliant, but if you can’t market yourself and inspire confidence in others, it’s a wrap. I’ve gotten opportunities to do shyt just off who I knew. It’s a reality.
That having been said, financial literacy will make the difference between working for others for the rest of ur life or having others work for you.

Social skills are certainly important, Idk if they are more important than math or even science because that depends on what situation you’re talking about
The world needs people with great Mathematic/Scientific minds more than we need great communicators in order to make technological advancements
As a person with social anxiety I struggle with this personally but thankfully I’m in a field (IT) where it’s not so much of a detriment to me. But I certainly have a hard time with developing close friends & relationships of all sorts so there’s a balance you have to weigh on all sides

Nah, he’s actually right. A person with great social skills and who is bad at math will usually do a lot better in life than some math nerd who can’t communicate with anyone.

Naw for maximum potential if you don't know solid math then you gonna stay getting finesse and lose money amongst other basic shyt you'd be oblivious too. Social skills can get you far but math is too crucial for high end potential earnings. They make fun of that nikka Mayweather for not knowing how to read but I can guarantee that boy know his math.
