Its not about being on a black clique tip.

I parties with white folks a few times, but for a majority of blacks at a PWI 99% of their social experience is going to be between all black people.

That's the way it is. People gravitate towards their own race.

But if you can socialize with everyone then there really isnt a problem. Best thing is when you black at a white school you get invited to all the shyt because white people think having you at their parties makes it more official.

Its best to have the best of both worlds. Go to the black parties and have fun and also hit up them white parties and find out what real fun is.
