but the earning cap is really shown in the UK, there are no mass black millionaires under 40 most are asian and white.

i hear you but lets take the 3 biggest citys in england.

london, birmingham, manchester. all of these are multi-cultural. the amount of millionaires under 40 are all predominately asian and white.

i think thats because once black people in the UK get that degree they still need to get hired by the same vanguard(whites) and moved up by them, which doesnt happen.

the field is still entertainment but thats a small margin and not realistic enough, in the USA although worse at least if you have a golden egg there are things set up to see that blossom. green is what they like, while in the UK they honestly would rather see less paper than watch black people become multi millionaires round every street.

i respect the asians they had a head start but they have that pride infrastructure down to the tee, its with academics and employment.

ie. an indian will go to college while being a shelf filler at tesco later on supervisor later on junior manager etc.

black people arent rewarded those same graces.

i also feel the dialect of a lot of inner city youths in london when they grow older they cant shake it off, while other races drop it like a jacket.

stops career progression or even better social prospects and even go as far as to say keeps them in that same pigeon hole and circle.
