So I started my internship recently and it's kind of weird. I noticed that the project managers were mostly women who knew nothing about tech (or what the guys were even coding). Dead azzz she walked up to one of the developers and asked him how far they have come in terms of debugging. He tried to explain the problem and she legit hit him with the :troll:.

Is this common in the tech sector:mindblown:. I would honestly hate to work for someone who knows nothing about what I'm working on. To put things into perspective, I'm interning at a well known cybersecirity company so it's not like it's a random company.

I noticed the weird pattern that a lot of the developers were men and theey were being managed by women who really didn't know what the developers were supposed to be working on:mjlol:. Also, these nikkkas are weird. You got 3 kinds of people here. 1) the weird skinny Cac who drinks nothing but coke and energy .drinks 2) the hipster Cac with all apple products (Mac, Iphone etc.). 3) the nerdy Asian dude. I have not ran into a single black person with the exception of one brehette who works in the testing department.

Yes! I'm black and the only web developer at my job.

You will work with people that have will no idea what you're doing, you'll have to get used to that.

From my experience, you'll have to try to explain things the best way you can. Just breaking it down that makes the most sense.
