So I started my internship recently and it's kind of weird. I noticed that the project managers were mostly women who knew nothing about tech (or what the guys were even coding). Is this common in the tech sector
. I would honestly hate to work for someone who knows nothing about what I'm working on. To put things into perspective, I'm interning at a well known cybersecirity company so it's not like it's a random company.
I noticed the weird pattern that a lot of the developers were men and theey were being managed by women who really didn't know what the developers were supposed to be working on
. Also, these nikkkas are weird. You got 3 kinds of people here. 1) the weird skinny Cac who drinks nothing but coke and energy .drinks 2) the hipster Cac with all apple products (Mac, Iphone etc.). 3) the nerdy Asian dude. I have not ran into a single black person with the exception of one brehette who works in the testing department.
