Wii is essentially a two Gamecubes duct taped together and already had an emulator.
But the Wii U isn't the Wii and is more comparable to the PS3 and 360, which have yet to be emulated and every year since 2007 there's a update post saying "Oh it's going smoothly, the PS3 and 360 emulators will be done any day now."
As of 2014, no updates, so I'll ask again:

Bayonetta 2 is not on the Ouya last I checked.
Platinum still got paid in advance so they're straight so at this point Bayo 2 could sell 5 copies for all they care. Plus they got the Korra game coming out, then Scalebound, Kojima will call em up for MGR2 after MGSV is done and they already planning on working with Nintendo again with another exclusive.
